The Seat-Hold Close

Turn the ₹5,000 seat-hold from information into an assumptive close — the #1 fix across the closer team.

Why it exists

Every warm closer loss in the July batch ended the same way: the seat-hold was narrated, not asked. Meenakshi, Khushi, Dilpreet, Kirti, Simran — all warm, all lost or deferred, all with the ₹5,000 hold explained and then abandoned.

The move

Never explain the seat-hold. Ask for it.

"Here's the easiest way to do this — I lock your seat today with just ₹5,000, you take your time on the rest. Your rate's protected, zero risk. I'm sending the link now — go ahead and confirm once it's through."

Rules

  • State the price once, then move to the hold.
  • Use an assumptive frame ("I'm sending the link") not a permission frame ("would you like…").
  • After you ask — stay silent. The next person to talk loses.
  • On a buying signal ("what's the booking amount?", "send me a schedule") → send the link on the call, never "book by tomorrow."
