Discover Before You Pitch

No syllabus until 3 discovery questions are answered — and target a 60/40 prospect-talk ratio.

The trap

Half the calls opened with a memorised week-by-week curriculum before learning the lead's goal. Silky Patel got a 42-minute, ~90/10 monologue and walked.

The rule

Ban the syllabus until you've asked:

  • "What do you want this to become — a hobby, or income?"
  • "What's the one thing you can't crack right now?"
  • "What have you already tried?" (surfaces the YouTube/offline objection on your terms)

Then pitch only the 2–3 modules that map to their answer. Cap lukewarm calls at ~15 minutes — qualify or advance, don't lecture.
